Trouble downloading H265 encoded video files

Hi All:

I have an Amcrest IP4M-1026W, and I set up my camera using the H264H video encoding, which has worked fine, and I can download the files to my computer hard drive, and I can play it.

Today I switched to H265 video encoding, and suddenly, I couldn't download the video files any more ... the files show a size of 0 bytes ("size on disk").

Any hints? Solutions?

BTW, I can still play the video files using the Amcrest webbrowser (chrome) plugin, but I just can't move the files to my computer hard drive ...

I can export a IP4M-1026 H.265 encoded file with PC IE Web UI and play it with VLC.
