Surveillance Pro- Grayed out icons?

My home page of surveillance pro is suddenly all grey icons? I cant click anything at all, but ipconfig and the mobile app shows my camera is fine. Solutions?

This appears strange. Can you please uninstall and reinstall the software?

Yes that seemed to have worked. however now i have no PC-NVR , and no option to add one though surveillance pro. when i do it manually it says it there but no network host.

so i uninstalled and reinstalled again with the older version of surveillance pro, and now my password to log in is not working. Nothing has changed, my password is the same for ipconfig and this, and its not taking it.

this is the last straw, i was looking for a turn-key system and this is clearly not it.
