I just picked up a couple IP2M-841 to add to my system. Surveillance Station says it supports them but I keep getting the following error when trying to connect them: Failed to create the RTSP connection to the network camera. Please check if the RTSP ports correct and the RTSP streaming access name is 'live.sdp' on the network camera.
I can get video if I use ONVIF but it's supposed to be supported. Am I doing something wrong?

Problem solved. Contacted QNAP who responded very quickly. They gave me a link to the Beta version of Surveillance Station and I was able to connect the camera in minutes. Works flawlessly now.
