Push notification sound?

My push notifications appear on my phone, but there is neither a sound or a vibration. I'm using ios. Is this right or is there something wrong with my app or my phone? It seems very illogical to not have a noise or sound accompany the visual alert.

I have the same problem, iPhone 6 with IOS 9.2.1, iPad 2 with IOS 9.2.1, iPhone 4 with 9.2 and iPad Air 1 with 9.2. All have no sound just a silent notification.

I have four 1080P WiFi camera which are all doing this other issue. When setting alarm notification with any of the Apple device, say the iPhone, the notification works and with no sound. Now this is the problem, once I turn the alarm notification off with the iPhone, it will still get notifications from the web cams. So I have to uninstall Amcrest View Pro off the iPhone. Or I have to use a PC and disable video alarm. One camera, maybe not an issue to use the PC but it takes way too long to do four cameras every time you come and go.

The four 1080p WiFi work perfect in November 2015, just use the iPhone and set each to alarm, had sound and when getting home turn them off. Now, I have a few cameras unplugged and all four Apple device do not have any Amcrest install. Useless system.

I am having this issue as well on my iPad, what is the status of the fix?

Would love for push notification sounds to customizable. I want to make the motion detection sound much louder/longer than it currently is configured (Using one camera as a child monitor to see if they leave the room since they are on another floor).
