poor choppy video without sdcard sending to ftp
do the 841s use the ftp folder as an actual working directory for converting the video? I'm finding some bad quality videos being uploaded for my one cam that has about 50-70% signal. by poor quality i mean some green patches, cideo jumping ahead missing time. this is also on motion detect events. is there no onboard memory for it to use to convert the video if that is what its doing? would adding an sd card help if i still had it upload to the ftp? viewing the stream over the web off of the local network seems to be fine.

Hello disgustipated ,
The data is processed in the camera and sent over to FTP. It could be that the poor wifi signals at times is causing the issue while the camera uploads to the FTP.
