Password Reset not working

Hello,

I have a security system MODEL NUMBER: AMDV10804-4B-B.
I have called technical support twice to reset my password and they reset it but it's still invalid for some reason.
They said leave the DVR off for 4-5 hours, it's been 8 hours and still not working.
Anybody got a suggestion?

I have the NV4108-HS which I was locked out when I bought from a amazon seller due to was a returned item. Password did not work and few emails and calls to support did not work, What did work was following steps on the NVR login screen for lost password which eventually showed a QR barcode to scan which automatically opens a new email to company in China, they responded in less than an hour with a code that worked for mine not sure if yours will show same type of QR code there when following steps at login screen for lost password.
