login timed out - android

I have iphone and android, on iphone the app seems to work but has quite a few intermittent issues, after sometime it fails to connect, and on android i can't the app to make it work at all, my asus router has ddns and i can always access it using the ddns from asus router(port forwarding all set and tested from www),

there seems to be some serious issue with the app, is there anything being done at all for this problem, how can one buy a camera when such basic feature is broken?

Be sure you are forwarding port to port 37777 on the camera, I forget when maybe 6 months ago there was a change to the application and only that port works, 80 and 443 will not work.
