Re: Linking ASH21 w/ synology surveillance station
I recently picked up this camera as well. I managed to get it in Synology by using the generic ONVIF profile, but could not get the PTZ functions to work inside Surveillance Station. Anyone know how to get that portion working?

anyone found a way to get Wifi working without having the ethernet cable plugged in? port 554 on Wifi is closed/unavailable when using Wifi only.

@jazzmonger I can tell you that I have an ASH21 and I have had it installed before and after with Cable and Wifi Only.. Sadly after this when I was running on Wifi I found out that it would close ports after a Reboot.. My Solution was to Reset the camera and never plug back into a Ethernet cable This camera after Reset has been connected and I just looked at my Port for the camera and it is open
Discovered open port 80/tcp on 10.0.0.2
Discovered open port 554/tcp on 10.0.0.2
Discovered open port 37777/tcp on 10.0.0.2
Discovered open port 8086/tcp on 10.0.0.2
This is from my Ash21 and has been with this since my last Reset.. So I would say best to Do a Reset and don't plug a Ethernet cable into the camera if you do it will deactivate the Wifi Ports after a Reboot..
