IP2M-842E Time Stamp issue.

I just installed a IP2M-842E camera. I am using this on a Synology NAS. The time is off by one hour. I have synced the time via PC and manually using the AMCREST IP Config software. It will change to the correct time but after a few minutes it'll convert back. I have upgraded the camera to the newest firmware. I have also tried to sync the time from the Synology NAS and by other NTP servers. I just cannot get it to stick.

Thanks. I forgot that I could log into the actual camera to adjust settings too. I corrected that and it fixed my issue.
