IP2M-841W Keeps Turning to the Wall

One of my IP2M-841W cameras powers on and immediately does a 180 degree turn to face the wall. Anyone know how to resolve this? Three others work perfectly.

Isn't that expected behavior, for the first few seconds after you power up any PTZ Amcrest IP camera? Or are you suggesting it does the half-turn and stays that way forever? What color is the light on the back of your unit? Flashing or steady?
