I have two cameras, on which I have played with the sound settings and am not having any luck. One camera, makes a terribly loud digital like water running sound, and appears to be picking up some voice traffic, even when there isn't a soul at home (wired to gigabit switch). The other camera (wireless) also has this problem, but it is not as loud and more intermittent. They are placed within feet of each other pointed in opposite directions. Even with no ambient noise, the sound remains. I can hear live body noises plainly when they occur. But during silence, the cameras are very loud with some non existent noise.
Problem two, maybe i misunderstood, but 2way seems to imply two way simultaneous communication. That is not the case. Whenever both mic and speaker are on, the camera begins a loud repeating squeal. Can you not have a conversation through the cam, without constantly switching the mic and speaker on and off?

Hello watcheronthewall,
If there is any electronic devices nearby that can cause interference and you might get static noise. Also make the cameras atleast 5 feet apart if possible.
Mic and speaker enabled at the same time also causes static sound and feedback.

watcheronthewall,
Where you ever able to remedy this problem with squelching noise when Mic and speakers turned on via Amcrest View on Android??? Or did you found a better IPC?
