ip2m-841b night vision not working

Just got this new camera. Seems to work fine except for when the lights are out. You can hear it click to night mode, but it only sees complete darkness. I noticed I can see the LEDs at all. Is that normal? Is there anything to reset to get this working?

Hello beaverten ,

When its dark , you should see a red glow from the IR leds. It looks like they are not turning on. Please try a hard reset on the camera by pressing down the red LED on the back of the camera for 10-15 seconds. This will erase all camera settings and so you will need to set it up from scratch.

Did this work, I'm having the same issue even after hard resetting to manufacture settings.

I have the same problem too. the night vision worked for few months then all the sudden stopped working

Any help is greatly appreciated.
