Incorrect Password

When I attempt to login to my DVR (Amcrest 960H Video Security System) via the local static IP address of the DVR from my browser (Safari), I receive an "incorrect password" warning. I am 100% certain I am using the password I set when I did the initial setup. I have also tried the default passwords 'admin' '12345' and '123456' with the same result. I have tried returning the device to factory settings with the same results.

When I attempt to login to the same DVR through Safari on my iPhone 5, I am prompted to download the plugin in order to connect. It then begins downloading a '.exe' file... on iPhone. Please help.
