FTP snapshot identical filenames / file structure

Post by flix »

currently all snapshots stored via FTP have identical filenames;
\amcr-8mm\2020-02-10\001\jpg\12\30\01[R][0@0][0].jpg

I have thousands of JPGs that are all named 01[R][0@0][0].jpg and they are all stored deep in individual subfolders.
that makes it almost impossible to work with the material.

it would be better if the jpeg file would contain date and time and be stored in one folder.
my Synology NAS names it like this and it's much easier to handle

... and SFTP would be a great to have. Most servers don't accept regular FTP connections any more.
