Forgot my Cameras Password

Hi,

I changed my network to a mesh recently and my cameras got a new IP.
I have four ultraHD 4K POE Turret cameras and I tried to set them up in the app but I cant remember the password.
How do I recover it?
If the only option is a factory reset can you please tell me where the reset button is located?

Hello and Welcome to the Forum.

Will need to know the Model of your POE Camea as some have reset buttons and some need a Shorting of 2 solder pads. However some might have an area on the camera body where you can remove a Door to install a MicroSd card if that is the case then your button would be in there more cases then not..

Yeah camera has a Reset button VIA hatch.
