Re: echo sound
Hello,
Please do not enable the MIC and Speaker at the same time. This might give you echo or static. Also try to place the camera away from any electronic devices.

Hi,
Please login to the camera from a PC and then go to Setup > Camera > Audio. Try enabling the Noise filter and also try adjusting the MIC and Speaker volumes to see if that helps. If you are not sure on how to login to camera from PC, please check the below video link.

Re: echo sound
Yeah this is very disappointing. For a long time I was able to have two way conversation with my family. Then all of a sudden as soon as I press the mic button a loud popping noise followed by squealing and echo feedback. it's just aweful. I'm trying to think back if this happened after the last firmware update.

Re: echo sound
Have the same problem.
Tried to use it only one way at a time but it does not work. When I press the speaker icon, I can hear what's going on in the room. When I press the mic, it let's me speak but there is a. Horrible echo and feedback loop. When I put a headset on, it makes the feedback loop go away but I can still hear my own voice very loudly through the headset. How to tune? Is there a firmware solution? This is a critical function for the cameras.
