device already exists
try to set up my indoor camera wifi i was able to set it up on 1 cell phone but when i try on my other it says device already exists

I had the same issue. Use the app and go to Device Manager to delete the camera. On the camera, press and hold the reset button until the light blinks once. Then start over again. Keep in mind that you shouldn't change the admin password until *after* the camera is connected. It will prompt you to change it once you connect to it the first time.
Amcrest should have someone monitoring these forums to handle issues like this. Their return rate would drop, if they spent more time documenting technical stuff like this.

Don't worry
Its very simple, uninstall the app and reinstall it.
Follow the steps as followed
1.Device manager
2. Wired device
3. P2P
4. Write the details.
