Hello,
I have a basic POE system with NVR and 4 cams.
1 - NVR NV1104E w/ 2TB WD20PURX HDD
2 – IP2M-841E PTZ cams (kennel & garage)
1 – IP2M-842E bullet cam (porch)
1 – IP3M-956E dome cam (driveway)

I can see all 4 of the cams using the iPhone app, but only 2 of them show on the TV monitor that is connected to my NVR. Two of the channels appear on the TV just fine, but the other 2 are just black screen, and consequently do not record either.

Any tips or suggestion would be appreciated, thanks!

I'm having a similar problem. I have 3 of the IP2M-841B cameras and just recently one of them will not allow me to connect it my computer monitors to allow viewing it using the Amcrest Surveilllance Pro software. I can see all 3 cameras just fine using my Android phone and all 3 cameras show up in the Amcrest IP Configuration software. But, for some reason one of the 3 cameras seem to be locked for some reason and I don't know how to unlock it. Amcrest advised me to call their tech support line at 1-888-212-7538 to let them take control of my computer to see if they could resolve it. So far, I have been reluctant to allow them full access to my computer.
