I own a number of Dropcam and Arlo cameras and am able to monitor the cameras and clips not only from my home W10 PC but from my desktop PC at my workplace too. So I'd like to think this is normal.
However, I haven't seen anything yet showing or indicating that one might view their cameras and/or clips from a desktop PC or laptop, etc. away from their home at a workplace or where another PC might be available. In fact, it appears one has to download a certain program even for the home PC. Unfortunately, I don't have admin rights to load any programs on my workplace PC.
That said, would I be able to view my Amcrest cam(s) on my workplace PC from some type of internet URL, or does it require installation of something?

Re: Camera Accessible on Work Desktop PC?
Hello DroMike ,
Software or brower plugins will have to be installed on any computer.

Yikes -- OK. I guess remotely I'll just have to use my phone. Thanks for taking the time to answer.
[BTW, just received my new 841B cam from Amazon here at work so will add to my stable of cams tonight, or soon.]
