Axis Camera Station Ports with Amcrest Camera

I'm quite familiar with networking but unclear precisely what ports I should be using with my Amcrest cameras to work with Axis Camera Station NVR software. Can anybody help please?

This link details the ACS settings which I believe are unchangable and the image below shows the camera options.
