Axis Camera on Amcrest NVR

Axis Camera on Amcrest NVR

I'm having trouble getting an Axis 216DF working with an Amcrest 1104NVR. I was able to get the NVR to detect the camera as General with rtsp://IPAddress/mpeg4/media.amp however, the preview is just a black screen for the camera and there are 0kbps being passed.

Has anyone gotten an axis 216DF working with an Amcrest NVR?

I am having a problems getting a old axis 210a to work. yo got further then me. I have a NVR4108HS the 'general' camera option on the firmware I have (dated 6/13/2017) does not even have a option to enter a IP or hostname for the camera and gives you a invalid ip error when you try and save it (but again there is no field for it)
