I am trying to setup push notifications with the amcrest Android app to no avail. Anyone knows how to fix it or when amcrests plans to update their app.

My IP4M-1026 camera used to send notifications to my Andriod phone but for some reason it quit a few months ago. I don't recall doing anything to get the notifications started after installing the app. I couldn't find any way get it working again. I gave up.

About a week ago both of my cameras at separate locations stopped sending push notifications. They had been working fine for almost a year on my Android. I keep getting a message when I save my push config "failed to subscribe, maKe sure you have login goolge account " yes Google is misspelled. I have tried too many things to mention via ip config program, the amcrest pro app and have done factory resets of my phone and the cameras. I think this is an amcrest software problem. I hope they are working on it.

I have the exact same problem and message appear on my phone when I go to save my push notification. The frustrating issue is that I have the exact same phone sitting right next to the one that is no longer working, and receives push notifications just fine! both Essential Phones, PH-1, same operating system, same app and same app settings for the camera, one works, one doesn't. Tech support only stated that an app update is coming, but no idea when. Waste of money.

I just had this happen around daylight savings time.
I went into the DateTime settings through the mobile app, Synced it with my phone (there's a button for this) and also checked DST (Daylight Savings Time).
After those config changes, I was able to enable push notifications again.
