Called technical support last week because ftp app wasn't working ... was told that they don't support weather underground ... got call escalated and after an hour on the phone they took my info and said they'd call back in an hour ... still no call or solution. In fact, app isn't working with my mail server either but I did get it to work with gmail as long as I altered my gmail/google settings to a lower security threshold.

I had a similar response from support, so I asked it to be a feature request. If they don't implement then I think they are ignorantly limiting their sales due to a lack of old school Internet compatibility.
