Hi everyone,
I've just installed the AD410 and loving it. I've setup continuous recording to my Synology surveillance station. Recordings both video and audio working great.
However I've also installed a microsd card to record motion detections so I can playback from the app when events are triggered.
Whilst the video playback works fine, I'm not hearing any audio evem though I've enabled "record audio" in Device Information and I tap listen when viewing the event.
I've got my phone volume to max and have got the same issue on 2 other Android phones of different brands and models.

Hello and Welcome to the forum
I am not sure as I don't use a NAS it might be that the NAS has caused your Camera to give only the Audio Channel to your NAS and removed it from general app. I have my camera working full time on my AI NVR and the App both places have audio.. I have the AD410 setup with Detect Humans only and so that rule comes on my AI NVR and only Records when there is human. Love the camera in that Respect..
Next thing I would do is make sure that your NAS might not have changed the App setting of Record Audio on my App if you bring up the AD410, then click the COG in the top right, then scroll all the way down just before the bottom is Record Audio with Slide bar.. Mine is Enabled.. I doubt it is going to be something that simple but I would double check to be safe..
Outside of that it might be a limit that your NAS has caused to get audio

I've actually found the fix and hope this helps others in the future.
I changed the audio to AAC and I can now hear the audio through the app. Looks like the app/mobiles don't like G711.

Thanks for the Update.. I will keep that info handy.. Oddly I looked at my NVR and what is Odd is the camera is showing in my NVR as a 5mp cameras? Even though it is said to be a 4mp.. Either way mine is also setup for AAC as well in my NVR
