AD110 Doorbell Continuous Recording
AD110 Doorbell Continuous Recording
Is there any way to get continuous recording locally - to the SD card? I get motion events that end before the event is over and some events don't even record. Any suggestions?
Re: AD110 Doorbell Continuous Recording
There is no documented way to record continuously to the SD card. You can do so easily with an NVR.
Re: AD110 Doorbell Continuous Recording
BTW - There was an old discussion about this topic here...
https://amcrest.com/forum/ip-cameras-f1 ... tml#p16222
The options discussed - Anti-Dither & Post-Record are available in other IPC cameras and the NVR. These settings are also incorporated into the AD110 firmware but the SmartHome app does not provide a means to change them. They could be changed via the API but if this would provide a longer (not cut-off) recording that meets your needs is another story that would require testing.
Best I can tell from looking at the internal config, the default (hardcoded) MotionDetect settings for the AD110 are:
Anti-Dither - 10 seconds
Post-Record - 10 seconds
And to explain exactly how these work, search for those terms on this forum for guidance.
