1080P DVR stuck in loop..not able to access main menu

1080P DVR stuck in loop..not able to access main menu

This has been the most frustration ordeal I have experienced in a long time. Almost a month ago I purchased the 8 camera 1080p system. Got it all setup and was working fine until I changed the display resolution. The thing went crazy and now is stuck in loop of showing all cameras in a screen show. I have been conversing and emailing support for 2 weeks and gotten NO WHERE!!!

I have requested a RMA via email (RMA@ Amcrest.com and after 4 days Hugo ( doubt its his name) says I he will transfer to a RMA person.... What a messed up operation just giving the run-a-round!!
I then went on the "Live Chat" and all I got was a message of being transferred to different person. No help there either.

The DVR is stuck in a loop of showing camera shots. I have rebooted and tried all fixed suggested. I can not get to the main menu or even see a mouse pointer.

THIS IS THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE OF AMCREST. I am sending the system back to Amazon for a refund.

Did you ever get this resolved?? That's the EXACT problem I have with my 1080 system right now!!! It's infuriating.
