1080P camera getting Failed to get video effect error

Hello,

I have one of the 1080P indoor wifi video cameras. I'm trying to use the Amcrest IP Config app to see the live video feed. It works as usual until trying to display the feed in the popup and it gets a 'Failed to get video effect." error and fails. I've reset the camera and don't know of anything else I can do. Does anyone know how to fix it?
