Problems with Amcrest and Blue Iris 5 recording video
Hi folks! I'm new to this forum. I an having problens with my Amcrest model IP3M-943B cameras. I connected wireless to my dedicated Blue Iris laptop. My problem is I show videos in the clip list but when I click -on a video all I see is a JPEG. I have attached a lot of screen shots for someone to review. Any help would be really appreciated.

Re: Problems with Amcrest and Blue Iris 5 recording video
I would highly recommend reaching out to us via email ([email protected]) Or Blue Iris themselves.
However, give this a shot.
Unfortunately, sometimes we run into issues with the internal profiles for Amcrest in the Blue Iris software. So to get past this I click Find/Inspect when adding a device.

Re: Problems with Amcrest and Blue Iris 5 recording video
Thanks James S for the reply. I will check with Amcrest first. I did contact Blue Iris but their response was so vague that it was useless.
Thanks again,
