AD410 and Amcrest View Pro

Anyone get the AD410 to load in the Amcrest View Pro app (no, I'm not speaking about the Amcrest Smart Home app)? The AD110 loaded just fine. TIA.

So yes I have used AVP to view my AD410 there is 1 part about this that is the same as it is for ASP it will only work on the IP and not using P2P with the SN.. So I can get the Device to load and give me a Green light however it will not show a picture when I try to load the device using P2P

With IP setup I can access the doorbell on AVP however I am sure that isn't what people want.. With that it will make user use Smart home app to access the doorbell while away from the local network..

When are they updating this for ios? Cannot add the ad410 right now.

I personally have not heard. I will reach out to them Monday and see if there is a Release date for iOS

Yes, I am affected by the iOS problem, too, although my AD410 works fine in the Android app. ( https://amcrest.com/forum/amcrest-smart ... tml#p36600 )I had corresponded with Amcrest support and hoped the iOS app would have been updated by now.
